Mercedes-Benz Group recalls over 25,000 vehicles in Japan

Mercedes-Benz recalls over 25,000 vehicles in Japan due to headlight defects.

On August 22 local time, the Japanese company of German automaker Mercedes-Benz Group reported to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan that a total of 25,971 vehicles were recalled due to headlight defects.

The vehicles subject to this recall include 37 models such as "GLC220d 4MATIC", all of which were imported into Japan from April 2022 to June 2024.

Headlight defects may have a certain impact on the driving safety of vehicles. Mercedes-Benz has taken timely recall measures to address potential problems and ensure the safety of consumers.
