On September 5, Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada (parliament) underwent the largest personnel adjustment since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and appointed 9 cabinet ministers.

It is reported that several cabinet members, including Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, submitted their resignations to the Verkhovna Rada a few days ago and were approved. According to the appointment, Andriy Sybiha replaces Kuleba as foreign minister. He has served as Ukraine's ambassador to Turkey and deputy head of the Office of the President. In April this year, he was appointed as Ukraine's first deputy foreign minister. Oleksiy Kuleba, who has served as the governor of Kyiv Oblast and deputy head of the Office of the President, becomes the deputy prime minister in charge of reconstruction affairs and minister of communities and territorial development. Stepanishina becomes deputy prime minister and minister of justice. Nikolai Tocitsky becomes minister of culture and strategic communication. In addition, Vitaliy Kovali, the former head of Ukraine's State Property Fund, serves as minister of agricultural policy and food. German Smetanin, the former head of Ukraine's Defense Industry Group, becomes minister of strategic industries.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy gave a televised speech on the evening of the 5th, expecting the new cabinet to obtain more international financial and defense support, and hoping that "every official in office can achieve tangible results." Since the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Ukrainian government has undergone several rounds of "major reshuffles." This large-scale personnel adjustment has attracted widespread attention from the international community. All parties are paying attention to how the new Ukrainian cabinet will deal with the current complex situation and what measures it will take in promoting national development and handling international relations. This move by the Ukrainian government is also regarded as an important attempt to seek new development paths and strategic directions under the current situation. In the future, the performance of the new cabinet and the implementation effect of its policies will have an important impact on the development of the situation in Ukraine.
