The United States approves $165 million arms sale to Israel, expected to be delivered in 2027

On September 13, 2024, news from Washington. The US State Department announced on Thursday that it has approved the sale of $165 million worth of weapons to Israel. This sale is mainly used to fund heavy tank trailers.

These weapons systems cover spare and repair parts, tool kits, as well as technical and logistical support. However, delivery is not expected to be completed until 2027. Earlier this year, the United States announced a huge weapons support plan of up to $20 billion for Israel, including F-15 fighter jets.
