According to news from Bangkok, on September 4, the Thai government's gazette website announced a royal decree that King Maha Vajiralongkorn has approved Thailand's new cabinet list.

The new cabinet is composed of 36 people. Pita Limjaroenrat serves as the prime minister, and there are a total of six deputy prime ministers. Pita's Pheu Thai Party dominates the new cabinet. A total of 17 people from this party enter the cabinet and are in charge of important departments such as national defense, transportation, finance, foreign affairs, public health, and commerce.

The Bhumjaithai Party in the ruling coalition obtains eight cabinet minister positions. Its leader, Anutin Charnvirakul, serves as deputy prime minister and minister of interior. The United Thai Nation Party obtains four cabinet minister positions. The remaining cabinet positions are obtained by parties such as the Democrat Party, the National Development Party, and the Chartthaipattana Party.

According to the Thai Cabinet Secretariat, Pita will lead the new cabinet members to swear in before King Maha Vajiralongkorn on the afternoon of September 6.

Pita, 37 years old, won the support of more than half of the members in the voting at the special session of the Thai House of Representatives on August 16 and was elected as the new prime minister of Thailand. She is also the second female prime minister and the youngest prime minister in Thai history. The formation of this new cabinet marks a new stage in Thai politics. Under the new leadership team, all parties will work together for Thailand's development and stability. All sectors are full of expectations for the new cabinet, paying attention to its policy measures in economy, society, diplomacy and other aspects, and how to deal with various challenges currently faced by Thailand. The performance of the new cabinet will also be closely watched by the Thai people and the international community.
