A truck plunges into a river in Andhra Pradesh, India, killing 7 people

In the late night of September 10 local time, a serious traffic accident occurred in a village and town in the East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh in southeastern India. A truck carrying 8 people deviated from the road and plunged into a nearby river while driving.

According to the Indian police, the truck driver tried to avoid potholes and then lost control of the vehicle, causing the truck to overturn and fall into the river. After the accident, 7 people on the truck died on the spot and 1 person was rescued and rushed to a nearby hospital. At present, the bodies of the victims have been transferred to the Kovvur Government Hospital.
