A bus accident in which a bus fell into a river in Nepal has left 14 dead and 16 injured

At around 11 o'clock on August 23 local time, a bus carrying 40 passengers fell into a river in Nepal. It is reported that the bus was traveling from Pokhara to Kathmandu at that time.

After the accident, local relevant departments immediately launched emergency rescue operations. As of now, it has caused at least 14 deaths, 16 injuries, and 29 people have been rescued. At present, the search and rescue work is still ongoing.
